Hi everyone!

Would someone please tell me what Christmas is? I’m at wits end trying to get to the bottom of it. 

First off, ever since I heard the word “Christmas” for the first time, Mommy and Daddy started putting weird things around the house. I never would have told them I loved trees if I knew they were gonna put one in the house and throw crap all over it. The weird nature of the tree in my home is nothing compared to my parents hanging their weird socks on the wall. What’s more is that they took one of mine and hung it too.

I’m only going to get upset if I try to figure out why we made our house look like a fire truck for this Christmas hooey and applesauce…

Mommy and Daddy said Christmas is a ‘special’ time. If it’s so special, why are we all dressed like jerks in front of the random tree with crap all over it? 

The kicker is that they say this crap lasts for 12 days which means the crapfest isn’t over. What oh what will be next? I’ll let you know, but I’m not excited to find out…..

I forgot to tell you about a recent Hoboken trip I took to tear down the roof with my cousins, and wish Aunt Becca a happy birthday. I’ll tell you all about it while you finish your online Christmas shopping……

Akash and Adiya threw me a concert!

They had some technical difficulty…..

A glorious encore.

When the concert was over we were off to Fantasyland. Akash and Adiya call it Kidville. Any place with a million toys and boys is Fantasyland in my book. I was a bit nervous, but Adiya said all was good……

…and when Mommy gave me the okay, I gave in to the party.

Adiya: Penny

Me: yes?

Adiya: Let’s give mommy/Aunt Becca some birthday love!

Me: I was just about to say!

WOOT WOOT!

Maybe we went too far? Naah!

Now if you’re sitting at home wondering why your weekends/birthdays aren’t the fabulous celebrations like the one in this post…..

Akash wants you to know it’s because this family is one of a kind…..

I bet you gals and guys thought I was gone for the holidays. Umm, duh, I love you! And thus, I return to the internet (and I think I know what the internet is now….maybe).

My hardcore followers out there may recall that I went on vacation recently. It was incredible. I haven’t had this much fun since Pop Pop gave me ice cream (sorry to out you Pop Pop – Daddy makes me say some of these things). 

Before I get to the fun parts of the trip, I have a warning for any of you who want to go on vacation. I don’t want to talk about it too much, but the trip to where we were was abominable (I asked Daddy for a word worse than ‘terrible’). I didn’t know who was driving the big bird, Mommy and Daddy were in my space a bit much (even for them), I couldn’t see where we were going, and we were surrounded by over a million people who saw me almost go into shock. 

 Be warned….vacation costs.

Now then…..when the ball got rolling, the fun didn’t stop. It was warm enough for me to wear my bathing suits again and take fun walks through our hotel.

My favorite parts of the trip were swimming…..

The bed in our hotel room was out of this world! Almost as fun as the swimming!

Daddy took me by the gym, but it really wasn’t my scene.

By the end of the vacation your girl Penelope was exhausted.

The ride home was a little bit different…..in a good way. More space, less people, and I got to eat off of Mommy and Daddy’s plate. They didn’t even have plates on the way down!

They said were were in first class this time. 

???

Well, first class sure did taste good. This is the way I want to ride big bird from now on.

And then, just like that, vacation was over. I told Mommy I wanted another one. She said that she felt the same way. Can’t wait to do it again!

Sorry you had to see me all frazzled yesterday. Mommy and Daddy said we were taking a trip. Didn’t think it was a big deal until I was freaking out on a spaceship with several thousand other people. 

The freak show was worth the effort though, let me tell ya. Wherever we are, there are funny looking trees with weird leaves. And I thought Mommy was kidding last night when she said I’d get to wear my bathing suits again……

…but Mommy wasn’t kidding! I couldn’t be more tickled with where the big hummingbird brought me. Can’t wait to tell you all about it!!!

I can’t talk anymore right now. I’m kinda flipping out.

Hi!!

I have some good news and bad news for you……

The bad news is that we are experiencing technical difficulties over here again. The blog posts are going to be a bit ghetto-fab until we’re at full strength again…

The good news is that there is an embarrassment of riches in the way of updates coming your way soon….

…the even better news is that me and the T to the double Guh URR are still going strong like Angelina and Brad!

Helllllllloooooo!

I hear the coming weather will prevent me from my regular outdoor activities. FEH and DOUBLE FEH!! Daddy finally let me swing in the cool swing. My goodness….I’m glad mother nature’s not my mommy!

Alas….I guess these last moments of the year on the swing will have to do….

My buddy William got his last action on the swing as well…

My friend Roger and his mommy bid the swings a bon voyage as well….

*sigh* Well…I guess staying inside and eating all day wouldn’t be the worst thing to happen to me…..we shall see.
